- Digital Products (E-Books & Downloadable Content)
Due to the nature of digital products, all e-book and digital content sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. However, we may consider refund requests in the following exceptional cases:
- The e-book file is corrupt or inaccessible, and technical support cannot resolve the issue.
- You were wrongly charged due to a billing error.
- A duplicate purchase was made by mistake.
How to Request a Refund for Digital Products
If you believe your case qualifies for a refund, please contact us at ajfoy888@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue (e.g., screenshots, error messages). Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Physical Products (Print Books & Merchandise)
For physical books or merchandise, we accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please email us at ajfoy888@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage or error. We will provide either:
- A replacement at no additional cost.
- A full refund if a replacement is not possible.
Return Process

- You will receive return instructions, including our return shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
